Guidelines for artists uploading work to WithCommunity. Read this before you submit a piece for review.
What to Upload
2D artwork only
- Painting, drawing, digital art, collage, printmaking, photography, etc.
- Original work created by you
- Upload a clear image for review (not print-ready)
Image Guidelines (for review)
- JPG or PNG
- Well-lit, in focus, and accurately represents the artwork
- Cropped cleanly (no frames, backgrounds, or distractions)
- Phone photos are okay if they are sharp and color-accurate
You do NOT need to upload a high-resolution print file at this stage.
What Happens Next
Your artwork is reviewed by the WithCommunity team.
If selected:
- We’ll request a high-resolution file for production
- Your work will be prepared for inclusion in the shop
- You’ll earn royalties on any sales, based on the terms you agreed to – available here on the dashboard
Before You Upload
Make sure you have:
- Accepted the Artist Agreement
- Reviewed the Royalty Terms
- Set up your payment details
What We’re Looking For
We prioritize work that:
Feels authentic, local, or culturally relevant
Has a clear voice or perspective
Is visually strong and original
Important Notes
Submission does not guarantee inclusion.
You retain ownership of your work (per agreement).
Do not upload:
- Work you don’t have rights to
- Low-quality or blurry images
- Heavily filtered or distorted representations of your work
